Restrictions: We are currently unable to ship orders to Vatican City, Åland Islands, Jersey, Isle of Man, Svalbard and Jan Mayen.

Peak season: During busy periods such as Christmas or Sales, deliveries may take a little longer. We do our best to meet the indicated delivery times.

Do I need to declare customs for my order?

For any shipment outside the European Union, you may be charged additional duties or taxes when your shipment passes through your local customs. Any such additional taxes or charges must be paid by the person receiving the order (B2B and B2C customers).

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing an order.

What happens if I am not at home when my order arrives?

Orders in Spain: We will send you an email with the expected delivery date and the option to arrange an alternative time. If you are not at home, another email will be sent so you can arrange a new delivery date or collect it from a pickup point.

Orders in Europe and International: European orders will receive an email with the expected delivery date. International orders will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your parcel at any time. If you are not at home, a notice will be left and a new delivery attempt will be made.

I still haven't received my order. What should I do?

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received your order:

  • Check the delivery status on the logistics company's website using the tracking number included in your order confirmation email.
  • If you cannot see the tracking information, send us an email at ikara@ikarasport.com and we will help you locate your shipment.

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?

We are very sorry if you receive an incorrect or damaged item. Please send us an email at ikara@ikarasport.com with a photo of the product and your order number, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
