Return period: 15 days from receipt of your order.

To be accepted, the return must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order. Additionally, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at ikara@ikarasport.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent without having previously requested a return will not be accepted.
Orders can be returned using any shipping or courier method, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a courier service with shipment tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for failed return deliveries.
We will send you an email as soon as we have completed your return, informing you whether a refund or exchange has been processed.
We will refund your money using the same payment method / card that you used to pay for your order. The refund may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account.
