Before making your first purchase, you can learn about the different stages of the process, from entering the website to placing an order to confirming it. If you have any questions while placing an order, you can also refer to this section to resolve them.

Step 1: Select your products

  1. Select the items you wish to purchase by clicking "Add to cart".
  2. Once you have selected all items, click "Confirm" and check that you have the selected items. You can add or remove products from your basket at any time.
  3. If the content is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout".

Step 2: Identify yourself

  1. If you have not yet registered: complete all the fields in the form with your personal details and delivery address.
  2. If you are already registered: log in by entering your email and password. If you have logged in before starting the purchase process, you will not need to do this step.

Step 3: Shipping

  1. Select the shipping method, or if you prefer, indicate that you wish to collect the order from our store.
  2. By default, it will be sent to the address provided during registration, but you can edit the details or add a different address. You can also specify a different billing address.
  3. You can indicate that the order is a gift, and request gift wrapping, a gift receipt or add a personal message.

Step 4: Payment details and confirmation

  1. Select your payment method and enter your VISA or MASTERCARD details or your PayPal account.
  2. Remember that all payments are processed under the highest security standards.
  3. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order.

In the "My Account" section you can view all your orders, as well as check and print your invoices.

The available payment methods are:

Important: It is not possible to make changes to an order once it has been completed. Items cannot be added to a completed order as payment must be processed through our platform.

Go to the "Contact Us" section and send your enquiry with your order details to our Customer Service team. We will contact you as soon as possible with a resolution.

It is possible to change the delivery address within the first 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation. To do so, go to the "Contact Us" section and send us:

  1. Order number
  2. New delivery address

If it is not possible to change the address, we will contact you and the order will be delivered to the originally specified address.

Important: For operational reasons, IKARASPORT does not accept order cancellations.

If you still wish to cancel an order, you must proceed with a return.

If 3-6 business days have passed since the purchase date and your order has not arrived, please go to the Contact page. We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of its status.
